How to Crochet a Scarf

Simple, cozy, and endlessly versatile – your first (or favorite) handmade project.

1/1 Start with a Foundation
Chain the length you want for your scarf—or start with the width and work lengthwise if you prefer. Pick a yarn that suits the season.

1/2 Build the Rows
Crochet row by row in your chosen stitch—simple options like single, half double, or double crochet work beautifully, or go textured with moss or waffle stitch.

2/1 Add Interest
Change colors for stripes, use variegated yarn, or alternate stitch patterns to give your scarf a unique look.

2/2 Finish & Flaunt
Fasten off and weave in the ends neatly. Add fringe, tassels, or edging if you like. It’s ready to gift or wear!

To come up with a logo that becomes a globally recognizable symbol is the goal that every designer should set for themselves. We did it last year.
