Digital Products
No shipping fees apply to digital products.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with download links or access instructions for your PDF crochet patterns.
If you do not receive your digital files within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order plushies or handmade items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs for pre-order items are calculated based on the item’s size and weight.
Physical Items (Plushies & Crochet Toys)
All physical items are shipped via Canada Post (or other trusted carriers depending on your location).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight.
You’ll see your final shipping cost before completing your order.
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your region and shipping method.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment (this does not include weekends or holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
Made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select international destinations.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size, and weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
