Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted
We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted on digital PDF pattern purchases. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable patterns are final once the order has been placed and processed.
For returns or exchanges related to physical plushie purchases, please contact us at info@crochetingwithfarz.com. These cases will be reviewed individually, and returns or exchanges are not guaranteed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@crochetingwithfarz.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your cart and product details carefully before placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds for physical plushie purchases will only be issued in the event that the item:

Is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and

Cannot be replaced with an identical or similar product
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of verifying the issue.
